Terms and Conditions for Mitchem Services LLC

Mitchem Services offers event management services including but not limited to venue booking, event planning, coordination, staffing, and logistics.
2. Booking and Payments:
- To book our services, clients must provide a non-refundable deposit.
- Full payment must be made before the event date.
- Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refunds for cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
4. Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must provide accurate and timely information regarding event requirements.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the event.
- Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and guidelines provided by Mitchem Services.
5. Liability:
- Mitchem Services shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during the event, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or loss of revenue.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for their event, if desired.
6. Confidentiality:
- Mitchem Services will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and event details, except as required by law.
7. Termination of Services:
- Mitchem Services reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in misconduct or illegal activities.
8. Intellectual Property:
- Mitchem Services retains all rights to intellectual property developed or used in the provision of services, including event plans, designs, and materials.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
